This page contains all the forms you need to administer your membership to Shotokan Karate International Australia.

For the time being, the Memberships Office prefers all forms and payments to be administered by the dojo's administration officer.

So once you have completed and signed your forms, please hand them together with any payments to Sensei Jonathan who will take care of the rest.
